The chicken gyro is to die for 🤤 I’ve been ordering from Uber Eats back to back, totally unaware that Gyro King is a food truck! I’m honestly amazed by the freshness and incredible taste every single time. I will always order from Gyro King. Thank you for consistently accommodating my special requests — no sauce, no dairy — and still delivering amazing food! 1 ❤️ Crispy Christey

Tried for the first time. We lived and traveled in the Middle East and are well acquainted and quite fond of the cuisine. Well lit in a good location, easy parking, with friendly helpful staff. We had a lamb gyro and a salad with flafel. The salad it had generous serving of lettuce, onions, tomatoes and cucumbers with several peperoncini and homemade pickled cauliflower. With a side order of meat and a couple of pitas, the salad could be dinner for two! The generous amount of lamb was very well seasoned and covered in a generous serving of the salad with sufficient servings of white garlic and red hot sauces. We also had some hummus and an extra order of falafel. The hummus was exceptionally good for outside the Mediterranean with the noticeable presence of olive oil, garlic, tahini and a generous amount of lemon juice in a chickpea base. The falafel were small and overcooked for our taste; we are used to falafel that are typically about 2-3 tablespoons and thus significantly larger than the ones served here and which are less brown outside and less dry inside. The pickled cauliflower was a nice, pleasant surprise; an authentic addition of onion s, turnips, broccoli, peppers and beets would make it a saleable side dish and would reduce the harshness of the vinegar. All in all this place was a pleasant surprise that we will continue to patronize often.

Was craving lamb over rice & remembered this oldie but goodie food truck I havent been to in years. Went on a Saturday afternoon around 5pm was pretty empty so l was able to order immediately. I ordered 1 lamb over rice & 1 lamb/chicken combo over rice. Received 1 lamb, 1 chicken. But i also didnt check my receipt so its my fault. Lol. I asked for extra sauces and was given plenty! Flavor on the meat and rice was good. Onions & cucumbers were fresh. I remember when the portions were bigger, however still a decent amount of food for $26. My only gripe is the food was slightly warm. Overall great experience as usual.

Food 4/5: we got the chicken over rice and the combo shawarma fries. Both dishes were great and came with a lot of sauce on the side so we could customize to our personal preferences. The red sauce is delightfully spicy (but not TOO spicy) and the white sauce is wonderfully creamy, garlicky, and tzatziki adjacent. The only thing I would say was semi negative was that there was much more rice than meat, which caused the flavor to be a little more diluted than I’d like. The texture of the chicken could have been a bit more juicy as well, like how I would normally think of shawarma, but the crispy chicken was still really good and worked well. Service was 5/5: They made our order in literally 2 minutes. We timed it. It actually was 2 minutes. Atmosphere 4/5: It’s a food truck. I have nothing against it. In fact I kind of love food trucks as a quick grab n go kind of place, but of course, there’s no seating so I can’t, in good conscience, offer a full 5/5 for atmosphere. Overall 4/5: Food was great, service was quick. Lots of food for the price as well!
