Great American Cookies

I have to give a shot out to Krystle at this location! I asked for a crawfish on my cookie… I knew that wasn’t on their list of cookies so I didn’t want to ask for too much. When Krystle received my order she texted asking if she could do a whole crawfish boil instead of a crawfish. I of course said yes! I was so impressed and she went above and beyond my expectations. I will be back!

I had a phenomenal experience ordering a custom cookie cake for my baby shower. I placed the order a week in advance, gave them a specific theme, colors, and an inspiration picture. The employee, whom was my taking my order, also happened to be one of their cake decorator, so rest assured she was going to help get the job done. She even took a picture of an inspiration picture to help them create the cookie cake. I picked it up today and I was blown away by it, I will happily be ordering again from them in the future.

This was an absolute disappointment. I have been coming here for years and it’s always been a wonderful experience until today when I brought my little grandsons and daughters to have cookies and a drink. The cookies were dry. I ordered a sweet tea which tasted like a mix of a carbonated Coke and a tea. They’re brownies are absolutely the worst, The prices are ridiculous. They have gone up and the quality was absolutely horrible! Customer service was absolutely unprofessional as well. I will not be returning.

The person that assisted me asked if we were eating our cookie cake immediately. When I said we were not she gave helpful advice on how to keep the cookie cake moist for longer.
