Food and service was great! But it was no ac working in the restaurant. They had portable ac, but it wasn't cool enough.

They need better management. I ordered bagel's online spent $100 for a pick up for this morning by 8:10am they weren't ready until 8:30am. I come to work and I'm missing a couple of cream cheese that I paid for. This location is extremely unorganized. If you order for pick up be prepared from them not to be on time. To forget some stuff in your order too.

I love this place & been coming for some years. However, I asked them why the trash so small and they said it was the district manager decision. Therefore, to the district manager, this trash can is ridiculous and way too small.

Came to this place in the morning before work explain my order, but honestly, the girl taking the order could not understand that I wanted everything bagel with egg cheese and bacon and another asiago jalapeño bagel with just a jalapeño salsa spread. She couldn’t understand my order honestly shouldn’t be working in customer service because she couldn’t understand a simple order. I have worked customer service for a very long time and she just couldn’t understand and I explained it like four times. I even pointed to the picture I honestly just walked out. Didn’t even get my food. Very disappointing place. well, this location no wonder nobody was in there
