Tamir has been absolutely amazing at our apartment complex. She is always professional, friendly, and quick to help whenever anything is needed. Her communication is excellent, and she truly cares about the residents and making sure everything is handled properly. It’s rare to come across someone who is both efficient and genuinely kind. I lived at Retreat for 2 years in a one-bedroom apartment and truly loved my experience from the application process all the way until moving out simply because my husband and I needed more space. The property was always well maintained, maintenance requests were handled quickly, and the staff consistently went above and beyond. One moment that really stood out to me was when I came home from a late flight around 3 AM and the battery on my electronic door lock had died. Maintenance & the property manager immediately responded and quickly sent someone to help me get back into my apartment. Considering how late it was, I was extremely impressed by how fast and professionally the situation was handled. Tamir has always been incredibly kind, helpful, and professional ,she is truly an asset to the property management team and honestly one of the reasons I would consider returning to Retreat in the future. My husband and I also own a small barber suite across the street at the salon botique, so we really enjoyed the convenience of the location and easy gate access. The only downside for me personally was having only one trash compactor/port on the property, since it often required driving trash over daily. I do think valet trash service would make a huge difference and easily improve that experience for residents. Overall, my experience at Retreat was wonderful, and I would absolutely consider moving back in the future depending on timing and space needs. I’m very grateful for the positive experience I had while living there.

The apartments are 5 stars and the pool is great with BBQ everywhere in the complex. The club house has lots of TVs and coffee free and a great place to meet up with people. Anyways nothing beets the pool. Really nice and well designed. Shaded area as well as sun bating whatever you want.

Very friendly leasing staff making my family’s first move less nerve wracking. Amazing location to live at and it’s always well kept like the pool, dog park, carwash, and gym. Maintenance employees always respond quickly to our requests. Overall my family and I have loved living at MAA Vintage Park !

I’m very happy here. I searched and searched and wanted to make the right move. The gym is nice and so is the common area and I’m able to do my team meetings and enjoy a cup of coffee (or two). My apartment is POSH and it’s like living in a hotel. Michael at the office is great. Maintenance guys everywhere in golf carts. Absolutely no complaints.
