Crumbl Cookies

The cookies were kinda dry some were too oily there is no in between. They looksd and tasted like they’ve been out for a long time rather then being freshly baked. Staff was fine. Only liked the one with raspberry from this lineup

The customer service was amazing but the cookies were not baked the right way. I always get the brownie batter cookies and the best part is the fudge in the middle, that makes the cookie super soft and moist. These cookies had NO fudge, were hard and VERY DRY. Zero out of ten don’t recommend. This is ridiculous, i was looking forward to my favorite cookie of all time (sad face).

I placed an online order because I didn’t want the Andes Mint brownie to sell out. I came in to pick it up, and the store was clean. There were two young ladies working behind the counter, and one greeted me and asked how she could help. I let her know I was there for a pickup order, she handed it to me, and I was on my way. The whole interaction took less than a minute. Quick, easy, and efficient.

I recently visited this location to buy my girl some cookies to celebrate our anniversary. The gentlemen working the front counter were named Dontre and Lavelle. These guys made the experience pleasant and professional. They did not get frustrated with my questions, they were quick to give recommendations and they were complete professionals in customer service. The guys were a truly positive moment in my day and they deserve to be recognized for their impact on my customer experience. Thank you Dontre and Lavelle!!
