Carbs Me Out!

Update: reached out to the owner (or whoever runs their IG) and they could care less- didnt even bother to respond to me after they were again closed during business hours and then again from machines off an hour before closing. My partner was annoyed bc this was the SIXTH time in a row we’ve gone only to leave disappointed, he actually asked me if I called ahead before going. (They never answer their phones but I had reached out via IG!) I was visibly annoyed the machines were off again and the employee working told me to get one of the tubs of icecream they carry. Those are always ROCK HARD and tasteless. Super sad but I won’t be coming back, the owners have made it clear they couldn’t care less. Good luck Carbs me Out- I was your IDEAL customer on every level. Original: I LOVE the soft serve here and that it doesn’t spike my blood sugar or throw off my low carb diet. It’s made me a repeat customer, and at one point I was visiting literally every weekend- specifically for the red velvet chocolate flavor- but man it is a CHALLENGE giving them my busine$$. 1) The soft serve machine is out of order or someone didn't fill it the night before too often- to the point where I would try reaching out on social media before going to see if it was working again. 2) Whoever runs the IG account HOUNDS you with their food post sharing to your DMs but then doesn’t respond to you when you reach out to them… I don’t appreciate spam and I made it super clear I come specifically for the froyo. 3) it smells awful in there. Like portapotty awful. I’ve never been able to stomach being in there for more than 5min. I stopped asking if a sewer line was damaged a while back. Not sure what the issue is. 4) twice now on random days smack in the middle of their reg business hours, for no reason and no communication on their IG or a note on the door they’re randomly closed. It’s annoying. I reached out on IG this week genuinely wondering if they shut down, crickets. I feel like these are easy enough issues to resolve so hoping my feedback is constructive.

I was really looking forward to a keto cafe where I could do some remote work but they failed on several accounts: - No prices anywhere.This makes a horrible customer experience and lends evidence to just trying to rip you off. When I asked for ITEMs under $5 they said only a cookie for like something like $4.95. - Dishonesty. When I pointed to a candy bar for price, it was only $3 confirming that the staff themselves were misleading me on items under $5 and trying to upsell me through no transparent practices. -Confusing signage. The bathrooms are labeled "employees only". -No wifi. Again, staff was dishonest here. there were several other restaurants right next door that had wifi. But when I asked for their wifi, they said they don't have wifi because "the wifi in this area is really weak", completely contracting the fact that their neighboring stores have no issue offering wifi. Also, they don't serve any keto drinks like coffee tea or smoothies :( Sadly I'll never go back and this very much seems to be a poor management issue

The service (Camila) is really great. It felt warm and friendly. And genuine. So appreciated that. It's really a plus when food is served to you by a warm hearted person. The beef lasagna was so good! And the vanilla soft serve ice cream tasted like normal ice cream. I'm really happy there's a place in Katy I can run to if I have cravings but it's keto friendly! May this business stay blessed with lots of money and loyal customers : )

Went in today for the first time. I was immediately greeted with a friendly smile. The young lady helped me with everything I needed and was very knowledgeable about all of the food and dessert items. I bought a pepperoni pizza, lemon blueberry loaf, lemon poppy, blueberry, and caramel pecan donuts. I also got the lasagna as well as 3 mini desserts, strawberry cheesecake, Tres leches, and carrot cake. I rushed home and made the pizza. I really enjoyed it. The crust is really thin and has a cracker like texture but I liked it. It has plenty of sauce, cheese and pepperoni.. I was also offered a sample of the fruit ring cereal as well as the soft serve ice cream. Both were wonderful.. I will definitely be back!!!

I went to this facility to pick up a delivery order. And the owner gave me a sample of their piña colada ice cream .Omg it was so good and he said it had no sugar you could not even tell. I almost went colada crazy 🤪 but I had a delivery to finish. So the next time I'm in the area I'm definitely stopping by to get some ice cream.
