Bigotes Street Tacos

Street Tacos at The Woodlands Mall was great! The food was delicious, the tacos were full of flavor, and everything tasted fresh. The service was friendly and the overall experience was really good. Definitely a spot worth trying if you’re looking for tasty tacos! The birria ramen was amazing! It had so much flavor, the broth was delicious, and the combination of the birria with the ramen was so good. Everything tasted fresh and it was definitely worth trying. I would definitely recommend it!

My family and I have eaten here before. We love their food, menu options, ease of ordering on the kiosk and the reasonable prices. We used to look forward to going to the mall, walk around and eat Bigotes for lunch or dinner while we were there. But this time the experience was horrible. The Birria meat tasted weird and nothing like the regular Birria you'd get elsewhere. Rice and Charro Beans were cold. I placed an order for 3 items totalling $36 plus tax. I waited quite a long time to eventually receive my food at the same time as the person who ordered after me 5 minutes later. What I did get fresh and in abundance this time was the major attitude from the lady behind the counter. She was extremely rude, did not call out my number when the food was ready and could not answer a simple question without giving an attitude. I had to ask if my order was ready when the person who ordered after me got their food and I was still waiting for my number to be called. When I asked for a receipt at the time of pickup, she first looked at their internal ticket, I guess, to see if I had put any tip and didn't respond. When I asked again, she said it was at the other side of this store which I thought looked like a regular sized food establishment in the mall food court, but for her it must be like 10000 sq ft to walk. No appreciation if any kind for the business. Just a rude employee overall. Best example of how rude employees are ruining and shutting down businesses in Houston. We definitely will not be eating here anymore when there are plenty of other options around to choose from.

Birriatacos were a bit pricey; however, they were delicious. Charro beans while waiting was a plus! Salsas were surprisingly tasty and spicy. Overall I recommend this place

I'm not a big fan of eating a meal at the mall, but my husband and I tried this place and really enjoyed the food. The beans had the right flavor and spice. The tacos were delicious. The salsa was fire and worth the heart burn...lol We both got the lemonade which really helped.... we would definitely come back for more!

For mall food this place is really good. Of course it is to $$$. But hey itsbin the mall. My wife loves this place. The girls taking the orders were very nice and helpful. The street tacos were really worth a go. I say get the chicken. If you are in the Woodlands Mall and want to grab a bite to eat. Bigotes Street Tacos is a must try.
