Benihana

I visited Benihana today and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The customer service was poor from start to finish.Shortly after being seated, I was served a salad that had a live gnat in it. Not only was that unacceptable, but once our meals arrived, it felt like we were constantly being swarmed by gnats around the table. It made it very difficult to enjoy our food and created an unsanitary dining experience.When I brought the issue to our waitress's attention and politely asked if we could move to a different table, she told us there was nothing they could do because it was hot outside. There was no attempt to accommodate us, offer a solution, or involve a manager. After that conversation, we were largely ignored and were not checked on for the remainder of our meal. For a restaurant with Benihana's reputation and prices, I expected much better customer service and a cleaner dining environment. Finding a live insect in my salad and then receiving no meaningful assistance when reporting the problem was extremely frustrating. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression, and I hope management takes steps to address both the cleanliness issues and the lack of customer care

I wanted to leave a review for our waitress, Tori, who went above and beyond during our visit. We were celebrating a coworker's birthday, and she made the entire experience feel special from start to finish. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping us celebrate. Her positive attitude, excellent service, and attention to detail made our group feel welcomed and appreciated. She kept everything running smoothly, made sure our drinks and meals were taken care of, and added a personal touch that made the birthday celebration memorable. Outstanding customer service like hers is hard to find, and she truly helped make the occasion enjoyable for everyone at the table. Thank you for making our coworker's birthday so special—we look forward to coming back!

Had an awesome experience! Tori was quick and effiecient. She kept our glasses full and made sure we got everything we needed. Ben, our chef, was awesome! He was very thorough and made the dining experience super fun! Will definitely be visiting again!

OMG!!! My first time here & I’m beyond pleased with the service & the food!!! Our server, CALEB was super professional & VERY attentive!! What can I say about our chef, ALEJANDRO??!!! His presentation was AMAZING!! The food was cooked to PERFECTION!! Did I mention he’s EASY ON THE EYES!!!

We had an outstanding experience at Benihana thanks to Tori. From the moment we were seated, she was attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. She made sure our drinks were always filled, checked on us regularly without being intrusive, and handled every request with a positive attitude and a smile. Tori’s attention to detail and excellent customer service made our dining experience even more enjoyable. She was knowledgeable about the menu, quick to assist with anything we needed, and made us feel valued as guests. In a busy restaurant environment, she remained friendly, efficient, and personable throughout the entire meal. Benihana is fortunate to have someone like Tori on their team. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience, and we will definitely be returning. Thank you, Tori, for the exceptional service!
