I had a wonderful shopping experience at At Home while searching for the perfect accent chairs for my home. The store had a great selection, but what truly made my visit exceptional was the outstanding customer service from Kaylee and Roland. They were both incredibly helpful, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond to make sure I was completely happy with my purchase and help me find exactly what I was looking for. We were looking for two matching ceramic planters and left with so much more.This was our first time in the store and I wish had come in sooner! There were so many options, plus everything was organized and easy to find. We received excellent customer service at checkout from Dana. She explained a little more about the store as we checked out. We will definitely be back! We have been back three times since our initial trip. We are always pleasantly surprised by their inventory and sales. We happen to always go when Dana is working and we still receive the same excellent customer service as we did on our first visit.

I recently made a quick purchase from the At Home store and had to return the items. Ms Dana pleasantly processed the transaction without any negative feedback! The experience was extremely positive and so appreciated!!

My husband and I had a great time shopping on Memorial Day. We found everything we needed and some things we didn’t need. I unfortunately have to return the curtains because they are the not the right size. Our check out experience was fantastic her name was Dana super sweet and helpful. She had a great attitude and smile.

I had to return some curtain rods but I couldn't find my receipt. Dana was working the register and helped me out by looking it up. She found it and was able to return and refund the curtain rods for me. Dana's service was extremely professional. She was very helpful, and friendly. She went above and beyond to help me!
