Al's Pizza House

Interesting place. Stopped by on a whim. Great burger and fries, homemade lasagna was good, a bit runny but good. Portion sizes for cost was very reasonable. Now, with some TLC, this place could be an amazing event venue. Imagine the back seating area with fairy lights, live music and small playground.

I drove past here a few days ago and said to myself, self…you need to try this Al’s Pizza house. The counter person was very friendly and polite. They have a lovely dining area and an outside eating area. Although it appears that they do carry out for the most part as no one was in the dining room. I ordered the margarita pizza… medium. It looked very nice upon opening the box. It was fairly tasty. It needed a little more seasoning. The crust was pretty good, but a little heavy around the edges. I will have to try another flavor on another day. When I called, I was told 20 minutes. I arrived promptly paid my bill, and I still waited another 10-15 minutes. Not sure what the delay was. They did not appear to be overly busy.

I placed an online order for a side salad and fried mushrooms with fries. And when I received the order it was approximately 6 to 8 mushrooms and no fries. So I called Al's Pizza House and spoke to Maria the manager who pretty much said that the online company Slice must have an outdated menu because it doesn't come with fries. I replied well Maria this is my first time ordering and I did the order through your website and all I want is the fries. She said NO. I said I will definitely be leaving a review on this experience. As a business you should honor what is on your website or the company wwbsite that you are working with. Not push the problem back to the customer. As promised I left the review and will follow-up with the promise to never patronize your business again! Thank you Maria the Manager!!.....
