A Taste of the Midwest

For my first experience trying Nigerian food, Taste of Nigeria was amazing. The jollof rice paired with plantains, vegetables, and chicken was chef’s kiss. Esther was a delight—she took the time to explain the menu and help educate me on the different flavors. I never felt rushed and truly enjoyed exploring the variety of Nigerian cuisine. I’ll definitely be back again!

I had an incredible experience today at Taste Nigeria. I wanted some soup and Treasure recommended the pepper soup. It was delightful. The place was super clean with friendly staff. I’ll definitely be back. A big thank you to Treasure !

I’ve gotten taste of Nigerian on Uber Eats! The egusi with oxtail is my favorite! Came in store to have the the egusi and it was very delicious! We also order the efo riro with beef, which was good! But we preferred the egusi!

"So, far I am pleased with their selection of traditional menu choices, and drink categories especially the Nigerian traditional drinks and side dishes, one of the jolof rice which has gone well with all my⁹and 4selections i have chosen. Everything selection is cooked and prepared when you order for your specifications. There seating sections are pleasant especially for intimate couple dinning or special friends brunch seen, or business get together ❤️. The decor is of traditional yet classy look of cultural pictures displayed on the walls with the mirror placed to enhance a spacious looking bar area.

I would like to begin by saying, this restaurant should be removed immediately from all delivery services. Secondly this has to be the easiest scams. What you see in the photos below is $19 dollars + fees and tax + tip Like I thought it was a joke. I’m seriously confused if this was a mistake or did I pay that much money for leftovers? Even the meat was like an insult.
