Thank you Sam and Hot Water Guys for the outstanding service! I was having issues with my Rinnai tankless water heater was vibrating, I first called Blue Frog who charged me a very expensive diagnostic fee and quoted me an $800 repair, telling me I needed major parts replaced. They also delayed the repair after taking my deposit. I decided to get a second opinion and called Hot Water Guys. Sam came out the same day, was professional, honest, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He quickly diagnosed the real issue and fixed it the same day without unnecessary repairs. Sam saved me a lot of money and stress. The service was fast, professional, and trustworthy. If you have any tankless water heater issues, especially Rinnai, I highly recommend Hot Water Guys and ask for Sam!

The tech sent out from Hotwater Guys was great. He was very knowledgeable & answered all my questions. He made suggestions that would benefit us in the future. He was cordial & showed interest in helping us have a great experience with our equipment. I am very pleased with the service & will make that call when service is needed again.

Without a doubt, the best service call I made in all of 2025 was to the Hot Water Guys. My first interaction was with Veronica who was so helpful and responsive and quickly got us scheduled for an overall inspection of our tankless water heater. We will be forever grateful to Sam S. who ultimately had to address a very long list of things that needed repair or replacement. We watched in amazement as he expertly tackled a unit that had been sorely neglected. He was patient, determined, and extremely skilled. We also very much appreciated his ability (and willingness) to work directly with the manufacturer on our behalf to get warranty coverage on several pieces of equipment. Sam also shared really important information with us to help us better understand and take care of the unit now that we are the new homeowners. Finally, our review would not be complete without acknowledging the incredibly informative invoices from Sam. Each one identified exactly what the service call entailed, what his diagnosis was (exceptionally detailed yet also easy to understand), the materials/parts used, their quantity, and unit price. What a valuable and comprehensive record to have as a homeowner! Thank you so much for repairing/rebuilding our system and for being such a pleasure to work with.

The visit was informative. Brandon was thorough in his work. He asked pertinent questions and he even went out to my new gas meter install to check for any issues. He mentioned that I needed some maintenance on the upkeep.

Hot Water Guys employee was professional and well knowledgeable. I would recommend the company again and will be using them to service my house. The employee explained well the process.
