Where do I start. A gentlemen came to my home and offered a $10 service for fertilization and weed control for the first visit. The guy came out the next Monday and fertilized the front and back yard. Now the guy that came didn't introduce himself or speak to me one time while he was on-site. Ontop of that after inspection of what had been done I realized that my driveway and back patio was covered in fertilizer. Now I know when you spread there is always a little but I had to spend 15 to 20 minutes sweeping everything in the grass. The next day due to the lack of service I checked my bank account and I was charged the normal rate of $65. Now, ontop of the fertilization service i had requested for someone to come out and use an aerator on my lawn due to the compact soil density. The person also told me that someone to reach out to schedule. Today I got a text stating they would be at my home tomorrow. I looked at the website as I wanted to request a Monday to be sure I would be home to monitor and there was no option for a specific date only a date range. At this point it's cancel time. I called in to cancel and let me tell you they do everything besides let you cancel. They tried over and over to try to give me a discount in the future and etc. Needless to say I did finally get through to the person I was talking to and made them cancel my account. I do not recommend this company for any reason. They just bank on you not looking at your account to see what was charged and come up with excuses that you were given the wrong information.

Bought a fully paid multiple service contract. The app said 2 services remaining. On the second to last service they charged me $319. They will say they called you but the call only says they are coming to service your yard. They do not say there will be a charge. Worst part, 3 services from months of September to October my yard only got worse. More weeds. More fungus. No improvement.

Truegreen serviced my lawn for the very first time on may 20th and on the first application , they "burnt" my entire lawn, may not be recoverable. To add insult to injury, I spent my entire Friday on hold trying to get someone on the phone. hold time 3-4 hours. Are you kidding? Non- the- less, I canceled and they still come to the house for scheduled services, 3 times. I asked the technician did he see that I canceled, and his comment was, " it is going to take 30-60 days to show up in the system." This used to be a good company, very poorly ran right now. I signed up with a local company that answers the phone on the first ring every time I called. One last comment, when I was stuck in the call center endless robot call loop, I hit "2" to sign up for new service, guess what, they pickup up immediately. I asked the nice man on the phone to help me with my issue and he said he couldn't, he transferred me to support and boom - 3 hour hold. DO NOT USE TRUGREEN - HORRIBLE service. nice people. horrible company.

They are quick to take your money, but fail to deliver on what they sell you on. Don’t expect anyone to address your concerns same day if you have one. They come by when you’re not home, can’t tell whether the treatment is done, and then have zero urgency to help you when you have questions. These people solely want your money and could care less about taking care of their customers.

Horrible experience - if their promise is to give you a green beautiful yard, please dont fall for it - see the photos on how they have managed my lawn for last 3 years. i have been trying to work with them to resolve this since 1 week. They claim they have serviced my yard on 4/11 - and below is the photos that i have taken on 4/28 for providing them on proof on the pathetic state at which they do lawn care.
