He showed up right on time, was professional, and took the time to explain everything he was doing in a way that actually made sense. He was thorough with the treatment and made sure to address all of my concerns without rushing through the job. What really stood out was his attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure everything was handled properly. You can tell he takes pride in his work. I had my home treated by Bulwark today, and David T. provided excellent service. He took the time to walk around the property with me so I could point out my areas of concern, and he was patient, thorough, and professional throughout the visit. I even forgot to mention one area until after he had finished, but I sent him a text, and he made sure to treat it before leaving. I really appreciated his attention to detail and commitment to making sure everything was taken care of.

Brad came out to our home for our pest control service, and he was excellent from start to finish. We’ve mainly been dealing with ants, and he was very knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful throughout the entire visit. He took the time to explain what he was doing, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt confident with the service being done. I’m not one to leave reviews, but Brad’s professionalism and attitude was 10/10. He was friendly, respectful, patient, and clearly takes pride in his work. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing a great job and representing the company well. Employees like Brad are the reason customers feel comfortable staying with a company long-term.
