I visited SpaceCity Toyota on April 30th to pick up my vehicle after a factory paint recall respray. What started as a frustrating miscommunication was ultimately handled with exceptional professionalism once it reached the right leadership.Initially, there was a significant discrepancy regarding the scope of work. Despite being told the entire vehicle would be resprayed, I arrived to find only the metal panels had been painted, leaving the plastic parts mismatched. The initial solutions offered by the estimator and the Body Shop Director were disappointing and did not address the prior commitments made to me.However, the situation changed completely when I met with the Fixed Operations Director, Henry Pimentel. Mr. Pimentel was incredibly gracious. He took the time to walk the vehicle with me, acknowledged the mismatch, and reviewed my documentation. Without hesitation, he agreed to do the right thing and ensure the plastic parts were painted to match. He even went as far as counting out every individual part with me to ensure nothing was missed.Coming from a 25+ year contracting background, I know the value of customer care. It’s easy to say 'no,' but it takes a true leader to step up and resolve a problem. While the first impression was difficult, Mr. Pimentel’s integrity restored my trust. I am currently waiting for the final results and fully expect the workmanship to reflect the high standards Henry promised. I look forward to updating this review with photos of the color matched panels and updating this review to a final 5-star confirmation once the work is complete. Update:On Friday the 15th, I finally picked up my Sequoia after an additional three weeks at Space City Toyota, and it was absolutely worth the wait. The vehicle looks showroom-ready. All the plastic components were seamlessly painted to match the metal parts from the initial visit. The auto body paint shop even repaired minor damage on the front bumper to ensure a flawless finish. Their craftsmanship is truly phenomenal.While the vehicle was completed a week prior to pickup, Henry kept it to personally oversee the delivery. Shawn took the time to explain the entire prep and paint process, and he even had a team member immediately wet-sand a minor spot I noticed in the clear coat. Furthermore, they went above and beyond by installing PPF (paint protection film) to the inside of the door handles and the door edges. Shawn also proactively ordered a gasket that needed replacement and arranged to have it installed as soon as it arrives. I will update again after replacement is completed. Overall we are incredibly happy with the final results. Henry and Shawn completely turned my experience around. I am very impressed by their professionalism in handling my concerns and their dedication to making things right. Outstanding customer service is rare these days, but Henry and Shawn excel at it. When I am ready to purchase a new Toyota or need future bodywork, I will absolutely return to Space City Toyota. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top-tier dealership and collision center.

I highly recommend Deonte Briddelle as an excellent sales person. He went out of his way and worked extra hard to get me a car with no issues, with multiple safety features and even sporty with extra trechnology. He also filled the tank and helped me step by step through the buying process on 4th of July. I was in a bind when my Challenger broke down and i only had cas money to buy a car but Deonte wouldnt stop looking until he found a bargain on a beautiful 2018 Nissan Maxima Sport Luxury Sedan. It even has a sun/moon roof which was extra special. I definitely will commend Deonte to my daughter to finance her first vehicle in the near future. Thanks for a great ride!

This Thursday, my husband and I were visiting from Port Angeles, Washington, and stopped by Space City to look at a few vehicles. From the moment we arrived, our salesman, Rehman Khan, was absolutely amazing! Rehman went above and beyond to find us exactly what we were looking for and made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. With the Texas heat, he was always making sure we stayed cool, getting us from AC to AC, and keeping us stocked with water. It was such a thoughtful touch that really showed how much he cared about his customers. We ended up purchasing an amazing 2022 Toyota 4Runner, trading in our 2017 Jeep, and Rehman made the process as easy as possible. Since we were buying from out of state, there were extra rules and paperwork involved, but he and the team handled everything smoothly and kept us informed every step of the way. A huge thank you to Sergio Sollis for leading such an incredible team, and to Corey Newman for all of your help as well. You all truly went above and beyond to make this happen for us, and we are so incredibly grateful. Cande and Jayden truly went above and beyond. I originally came in to purchase a hybrid vehicle, but after learning about an excellent deal on a gas car, I decided to go that route—and I’m extremely pleased with my decision. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and handled with genuine care. Cande and Jayden took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way.
