I’ve been a loyal customer of TA Towing Roadside Assistance for years, but my most recent experience really cemented why I won't go anywhere else. I was stranded on the shoulder of the highway late at night with a dead alternator, and honestly, I was pretty shaken up. When the driver arrived, the difference in service was immediate. He didn't just back up and start hooking chains; he greeted me with a genuine smile that instantly lowered my stress level. He took the time to explain exactly how he was going to load my car onto the tow-truck to avoid any bumper damage—a level of detail most drivers skip. Watching him work, it was clear he treats every vehicle like it's his own. He was efficient, safe, and incredibly polite during the drive to the shop. It’s rare to find that combination of technical skill and actual human kindness in this industry. They turned a nightmare evening into a minor inconvenience, and for a very fair price. I simply wouldn't trust my vehicle with anyone else
