Reserved Parking Spaces

Terrible! Yesterday, many of my coworkers and I were stuck in the garage in traffic for 47 minutes and was late for work because the garage was full! But they kept letting people into the garage! I looked for a spot on every floor, and there were no spaces at all! We pay a monthly and can't find a parking spot! Why did the garage employees let people park on the 7th floor, where Marriott employees are supposed to park? Because the garage wanted to earn more money! Leaving the garage was even worse because people were stuck near the exit because they were required to pay for parking even though they couldn't even find a spot! And these situations aren't first time! Why y’all have a contract with Marriott and y’all don't provide good service and parking for Marriott employees, idk! I've been parking here for over two years and you're always having problems!

The parking is expensive and a little hard to navigate for full size pickup trucks. Not the fault of the garage, but people parking improperly doesn't help. I saw full size trucks parked in spaces marked for compact cars and a lot of other cars parked over the line taking up two spaces.

DO NOT PARK HERE IF BIG EVENT. My husband is still trapped on the 6th floor trying to get out following marathon packet pick up this morning. We paid $24 to park here and I had to Uber home for an appt. He is still there, one hour AFTER we paid to leave and headed out. He is stuck on the 6th floor not moving forward at all. Poorly designed and managed. Find an alternative.

5 stars for the fact that I felt safe, easy to see open spots with red and green lights, and convenient to Marriott and convention center. I posted a picture of the prices as of 5/1/2022. Be advised a new billing cycle starts at 2am unless you are staying at the hotel and pay through the hotel front desk. If you think it's overpriced, there's street level lots or other garages several blocks away.

Very very expensive parking. Rate is unclear, so checkout is much higher cost than advertised
