Professional Roof Installation

If I could rate Amstill Roofing 10+ stars I definitely would, can't say enough great things about this company. From the sweet lady who took my call the initial roof inspection, presentation and quote from Justin, financing and scheduling with Chris and Clark to the final roof replacement and completion with Jose and his crew the experience was totally outstanding. This group of people were very helpful, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and trustworthy. Roof replacement was done on Friday 04/17/26 by Mr. Jose Lopez and his crew. From start to finish the project went smoothly and as planned. Communication with Jose was great, he kept me informed of the progress and answered any questions or concerns I may of had, very impressed with him being quality minded. Crew of 8 guys who were doing roof replacement, professional, knowledgeable and very hard working. Justin stopped by later to see how the project was coming along and was able to provide some information to two of my neighbors who were interested in a quote. Crew did an awesome job and roof looks great. Did a great job of cleaning everything up, looks as clean as it did before they arrived. Over the past several years, Amstill has been our go-to roofing company for roof repairs. Two years ago, they honestly evaluated the condition of our roof, even denying themselves the opportunity to replace our roof because the roof was still good. I've recommended them to several people including a sister and a friend and they were very pleased with their new roof. This time, we had our roof replaced instead of repaired simply because the insurance company dramatically raised our homeowner's insurance rate because of the age of the roof. Our new roof is beautiful; we could not be more pleased with the results. John Mitschke and the crew went above and beyond on the day our roof was done. The folks at the office, including Merrari, were pleasant, responsive to my calls, and easy to deal with. And our salesperson, Chuka (Alex) is very personable, conscientious, knowledgeable and patient. I always enjoyed speaking with him. He followed up the same evening our roof was done to make sure we were happy. Amstill provided outstanding customer service from the beginning (while we investigated roofing options) to completion of the work. They aren't the cheapest but they are competitively priced as evidenced by other bids we received from other roofing companies with outstanding reviews and great BBB ratings.

Great experience with the estimation process Qores are inline with other roofing companies that did an estimation. Outstanding customer service and communication by Mr. Orr. I’ll update the review when the job is completed. Job well done! The sub crew was professional and fast (large crew). Getting a roof done in one day was awesome and a reason to hire them. High quality installation, product, and warranty.

My experience with Amstill Roofing was a joy from beginning to end. They provided me with first class service throughout, from interactions with Will Gavrelos, a highly gracious, respectful & knowledgable sales & product specialist & his strongly, organizationally supportive manager, Clark Hillegeist, & Amstill’s friendly, caring & helpful office staff. But it was the day of installation that continued to completely surpass all expectations. Their on-site team, consisting of supervisors, John & Chino, & the incredibly skilled, installation crew provided a beautiful, caring & efficient day of service, staying in respectful communication throughout. The end result was a thoroughly cleaned work site & a strong & beautiful roof, complementing & enhancing not only my home, but also neighborhood. I had an excellent experience with Amstill Roofing from start to finish. Jones Massey, my roofing consultant, was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and transparent throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt confident in my decisions. The project manager was outstanding—on site the entire time, supervising the crew and keeping me updated every step of the way. That level of communication and attention to detail really stood out. The crew arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and maintained a high level of professionalism throughout the job. They carefully prepped the area, moved any necessary items, and made sure everything was put back once the work was complete. The cleanup was thorough, and they left my property looking great.
