Mobile Smog Testing

I recently used Stella Link Mobile Complete Auto Repair and had a great experience. They were professional, responsive, and came out quickly which made everything very convenient since it’s mobile service. The mechanic explained the issue clearly, gave a fair estimate upfront, and didn’t try to push unnecessary repairs. The work was done efficiently and my vehicle has been running smoothly since. Overall, I’d recommend them to anyone looking for honest and convenient auto repair service, especially if you want someone who comes to you instead of waiting at a shop.

Awesome customer service, friendly staff , the shop is run by father and son .Front counter lady Maggie is really helpful and knowledgeable, she greets you as you come in with a real smile. Faisal is always helping out new customers and the neighborhood customers with an amazing attitude and personality. Abdul understands when a customer is frustrated not knowing what’s wrong with their car and he explains them in detail what’s going and is really honest with you . I highly recommend this shop with their awesome customer service team.

I had a bad experience at this shop. They replaced three parts: two outer tie rods and one right inner tie rod. I spent $450. The left outer tie rod was installed in bad condition—it had a broken boot spring and grease all over it, the grease could get onto the rotor and cause the brakes to fail. The right inner tie rod also had a damaged rubber boot. I called the shop and asked them to fix it, but they didn’t. Because of this, grease leaked out and dirt got inside the joint. So, 2 out of the 3 parts were faulty. After driving 3,523 miles, I checked the tie rods while changing the front brake pads and found these issues. When I contacted the shop, they responded negatively. I am very disappointed with their work and would rate it 1 out of 10. The pictures show the left outer tie rod after cleaning the grease, and the tear in the right rack and pinion inner tie rod bellow.
