I saw their good reputation on Instagram, like any sales business promoting their products. I signed up to get a quote, and that’s where the problem started. An appointment was scheduled for 9:00, and the guy arrived at 8:50. My expectation was simply to look at the house and receive a quote. We gave him a tour of the house, and he explained why I needed gutters to protect the foundation — which was fine, since I had already been researching the topic for some time. Then he came inside, sat down, and started explaining the product, how durable it is, and asking me many questions. He gave me inflated prices just to later offer discounts. I hated this kind of unnecessary aggressive marketing. After an hour, he was still sitting in my chair. I had to tell him, “Let’s wrap this up, I have things to do,” since it was my day off and I had many errands to run.

Positive experience. Brief sales talk, no pressure or arm twisting. Professional and courteous. Agreed price was reasonable. Work was done quickly and efficiently. Exactly as promised during the sales visit. Product is clearly the industry leader.

I had these guys come out just for a quote. Micah, the sales rep gave me the quote I was asking for plus different options. I will be straight up and say they are a little pricey. I couldn't do the whole house plus the garage ended up going with just the front and back of the house. Worth every penny. The guy showed up 3 days later. Total time at my house just under 4 hours. The crew was respectful, answered questions and concerns left the job looking better than when they showed up. Although I did find one screw in my flower bed, which is completely understandable. I probably would have left a whole box. You can't go wrong going with these guys. Once again they are pricey but you get what you pay for. I'm definitely calling them back to do the remaining sides of the house and garage in the future. Thanks Leaf filter

Lynn came out on a Friday evening to help evaluate my gutter issue. I thought it was just a matter of a missing piece but she thoroughly explained the design flaw (which absolutely makes sense given material balances and fluid dynamics!!) and how the company would go about fixing it. She was so sweet, polite, and informative to get me a good quote and fix the issue. Work has not been completed yet but it was a very pleasant sales/service call and interaction.

We had a great experience working with Nick Saravia and the LeafFilter team. Nick came to our home to provide an estimate for installing rain gutters over our back patio and took the time to thoroughly explain all the details, including the slight price differences between the two gutter size options and the downspouts. He also worked closely with us to ensure we selected the right color. After agreeing on a very fair price, his crew arrived the same day, introduced themselves professionally, and got straight to work. They did an outstanding job—the finished result looks excellent.
