Every single one of them was right. From the moment I walked in, Pedro actually listened. He didn’t rush me, dismiss my concerns, or try to upsell me. You can immediately tell he’s a true audio enthusiast who genuinely cares about sound quality and doing things the right way. What really impressed me was how sharp his ear is. While tuning my system, he instantly noticed my front door speakers weren’t performing the way they should. He had the installer re-run the wiring, and the difference was NIGHT AND DAY. My system now sounds cleaner, fuller, more balanced, and honestly better than I thought it could. On top of that, they installed a Pioneer head unit, rear camera, adjusted my dash cam, and added rear speakers all for a very fair price. If you’re looking for a shop that doesn’t just “install equipment” but actually knows how to properly tune and optimize a system to its full potential, Car Audio Zone is the place. I hired them to install my stereo system a few years ago. They did a great job and were very knowledgeable. When I changed cars, I pulled everything out of my car and had them install it into my new car. It worked great and I was super happy with it. A couple hours after I drove away, they called me to say they accidentally overcharged me and refunded me some money. I thought the charge was a little high, but because they did such great work I wasn’t really worried. This just shows what incredible honesty and integrity they have. I am so impressed with this company.
